First thing you should know about that, is insomnia is not any kind of diseases . It is kind of an bad habit. So if you have this kind of habit that means your mind is not satisfy or not in rest mode .
In other word I can say that you have to go to that point where that makes you not to sleep properly...... like last month you sleep around 9 hours every day but in this just sleep only 5to 4 hours a day .. so you need to know the reason why my life style getting changed.
May one of these following reason not to sleep properly:-
- Using cell phone whole night...
- Chatting on Facebook, tinder, WhatsApp, telegram till mid night..
- Playing games ...
- Dating with friends.
- Doing late night work....result hair fall, bad digestion, gastric issues....dipression , irritation etc...
Meditation will give relax to your mind all in all it will give clarity to your mind..
Reading magazine or comics or books will help you sleeping faster .... not even that .....this method is medically approved. ...
There is a also lots things that we should follow ......
Like when we visit clinic and hospitals and to the doctors .they always asked the whole detail of last three days before the disease you suffer from.....
It help them to understand how you suffer..what kind of medicine is suitable for you...
They think if the medicine will result in negative... it will be dangerous for you...
So.. they always tell us how to take medicine.....
What we should eat and should not to eat during the medicine periods.
