What not to eat during the pregnancy?
- Do not eat raw vegetables because it contain bacteria and viruses which is dangerous for the baby.
- Sea food contain Omega3 fatty acid which is not good food for pregnant ladies.
- Do not eats fruits without washing.
- During pregnancy always stay away from tobacco and alcohol or even do not stay that area where people are using this.
- Do not use Papaya. It is very bad for pregnancy ladies.
- Some medicines are very dangerous that we don't know which medicine is that which will effect the pregnancy ladies. so always consult an doctor for any kind of health issues wether it is big or small.
- Do not use hot drinks like tea or coffee.
What to eat during pregnancy. ....
- Drink orange juice.
- Drink glass of boiled warm cow milk before go to sleep.
- Eat vegetable that contain vitamins , proteins and fibres but it should be washed and fully cooked.
- Add CARROT juice in your healthy diets.
- Add dry fruits in your milk.(iron and calcium)
- Add black grapes in your diets.(glowing skin of baby)
- If you have good digestive system than add one eggs in your diets.(protein)
- Add curd in your diets.(protein )
- Add spinach in your diets .( iron)
- Stay away from papaya.
- Use loose clothes to wear.
